I am getting a 360 at the end of march and i am hearing a lot about the 360 messing up in a lot of ways and i was wondering how to keep it in good condition with nothing breaking or catching fire or exploding...

lol so you have being bragging about the 360 a lot and you have yet to own one. Well anyways, the way to keep it in good condition is to not run in all day or knock it over. If you do that and take good care of the games you should be all set.

ok... but what about the thing where the laser screws the disc up and burns it??

There isn't anything you can do about it. That would be the fault of the 360.

For the most part, my 360 is usually fine. Just don't move the 360 around while a game is on, as it could scratch the disk.
