Do you think that your xbox 360 is giving you what you want?

Well, this is the seventh generation era. We got some pretty cool consoles and cool graphicslike the ps3 and 360. But most people have the 360 cuz it was released first. Do you think your system has all the stuff you would expect from it? Tell me.

yeah, i got got my furst 360 about 7 months ago ( christmas) and i choose it from past playing experience with my friends 360, and my cousins Ps3. an i think ps3 is boring compared to xbox. so is it a good console in my apinion, yes, just not what i would want. NO ONE USES A MIC ON PSN! And the 360 has much more reliable servers from past experience. Plus halo 3 really seal tyhe dela of what i wanted. haa

I Love My 360. Hardware-wise im sure the ps3 wins but right now the 360 has got alot more titles, and thats whats important to me. i like Xbox live more than psn.Xbox is also the only media hub that works with Vista, i like my streaming. i mean they break freak-often -- i got 4 in for repair yesterday alone, but most of the time they are easy fixes. as far as the red rings go so far Microsoft will still fix them free as early as 2006 models (i believe), if your xbox is un-modded and has the warranty sticker on it regardless of if your regular warranty is up or not. that's really all i need.

I'm no fanboy but I gotta say I like my 360 more because I got it 2 Christmas's ago and I got my PS3 last Christmas but, you have to admit the 360 has better games, but PS3 is coming with an all new lineup of amazing games, LittleBigPlanet, Infamous, Resistance 2, God of War 3, and the big online palooza game...MAG!!

Yes, my 360 is giving me exactly what I want. It's alive, and it plays a bunch of games that I like. And, for whatever reason, I love achievements.

As for the reliable of the servers, Xbox Live uses each gamer's connection to host its games on the publishers' servers. PSN uses a dedicated Sony server.

Not really at all. Ive had about 50 hours of enjoyment. I still like Gamecube a hella lot more. Well until RE5 and Silent Hill 5.

What? I hate first person shooters. They are the most boring and generic games ever made. That is ALL that 360 has to offer is boring FPS. I have only liked playing halo 3 for maybe 2 hours then it get old same with call of duty 4. Here is all you do in those games. Oh move forward and shoot stuff with a gun. TERRIBLY EXCITING ZOMG, D00D YOU GOT A BETTER GUN LYK NO WAY LAWLAZORS. So far I'm extremely disappointed with 360. All their major hits except a few are generic first person shooters. In fact all the new gen systems are a huge let down. Wii games weren't nearly as fun as I hoped, the PS3 costs too much damn money, and the 360 is really only for FPS fans. I still love gamecube for Mario Kart Double Dash, Super Monkey Ball, RE4, Super Mario Tennis, and Wario Ware. The only games I have liked for 360 are Assassins Creed, Blood Shot 2 Condemned, and GTA 4; I only like COD4 and Halo 3 with friends.

So so far I love gamecube wayy more then 360. All the 360 has done is disapoint me, but when Silent Hill comes out and RE 5 I might change my mind.

The next gen consoles are kind of disappointing to me too.

I agree with Bitey that the 360 is all about FPS. I'm definitely waiting for a breakthrough MMORPG. Yeah, I could probably find some games for the computer but I don't have a good computer and it costs way more than they're worth, like these new consoles.

I understand that FPS games aren't for everyone, and there are a lot of them out there, however, you say that as if nearly every game on the console is an FPS. There are plenty of good games in other genres on the 360. Why don't you try them out?
