You can fly helicopters but not planes

Thankfully you don't have to go through all that pilot's license BS in San Andreas, those tests were damn annoying especially the one where you were in a helicopter gunship and you had to take out vehicles with your weapons.

I've only managed to fly a helicopter once though and that was in a misson, then again I haven't really looked for one.

Next time I play I'm going to go to the airport to find a helicopter

I've never had so much fun in a gta game before just messing around. The physics when you hit people and stuff are so hilarious.

Has anyone driven really fast into a solid object such as a tree yet?

It's hilarious when you go flying through the windscreen

The game should record how many feet you travel after going through the windscreen in a crash

Ya, it happens a fair amount. I've made it happen to civilians in their cars, lol - you actually can. if you hit them really hard, sometimes they'll fly out their windshield and you won't

I rented it, my expectations were higher. They said you can go in almost every building, well a lot of them, not true. The driving sucks. I'm used to it and I still hate it. Getting rid of your wanted level is straight out of Scarface: The World Is Yours and many of the things in GTA IV are stripped from Saint's Row, mainly the multiplayer aspect and hitman activities.

I'm not saying it's bad, but it's definitely not "perfect." Rockstar has done the same thing over and over in GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas, and the PSP spin-offs. And yet, they did it AGAIN. The missions are practically identical. I actually like a lot of the "GTA Rip-Offs" better than GTA.

I find that it's simply a high quality game, with a much deeper storyline...and now you can actually care about the person you play as.

He's less of just a blocky polygon.

And I'm sorry, but driving is honestly like that in real life. I know you don't drive yet, but when you do, you'll realize you don't turn on a dime in almost any car.

Also, for chrissake, those "go in every building" rumors were just that: RUMORS. Rockstar has not said anything about that except for possibly 2-3 years ago, when the game was still in heavy development.

Finally, ya, the multiplayer, and this is stated by Rockstar, is a very side-show aspect of the game. They did not put much focus on it. Lol, they admitted that they didn't...it was just to satisfy some of the multiplayer urges people had.
