Add a read-only archive which includes the forum rules and other useful information (list of moderators, FAQ's on a variety of things, ban list, ext.).

we have a FAQ and a memberlist just look on the the blue bar and rules are stickied under this forum. but a list of mods can be done.

Okay, whatever. I meant a FAQ for a variety of different things that the manual FAQ doesn't mention.

For example:

Guide to posting responsibly
The Usertitle ranks (under usernames)
How to take a screenshot
How to determine your computer's specifications

Meh, random useful stuff like that. And also I still can't find the rules. Link, please?
