I think there should be retired staff group to identify users that once served the site well, most forums have them we should too.

Sounds like a good idea, but how do we make them identifiable? Not another usergroup lol..

Retired staff names are usually the same color just look different, but if they want to make a different color its fine by me.

lol, if people keep this different usergroup business up there wont be any members left soon. would this include ALL ex-staff or not, then people like UnMortal will get it even though he never comes on anymore. and what about poeple like Black Numbers who is now in the GFX team and used to be a mod, which would he keep. plus what is the use of a usergroup that gives you no extra powers?

lopl there are a lot of user groups... Why do we have to rank members so much? Ain't we all of equal value? Well I think so atleast

My suggestion is to eliminate the mood selection bar on the sidebar (where your avatar is) and put in another one of the things where you can enter text like the stuff above my avatar, "GL's and GFX teams Mike" but instead it would say "Retired staff member"
