As it is written, Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is the greatest zelda game to ever be created. It speaks of a boy clothed in green, who yearns for the mystical treasure bestowed by the three godesses, Din, Nayru, and Farore. The legends also say that the Triforce has the power to grant the deepest, most desired wish of those who touch it. If a person with a good heart touches it, peace would be bestowed upon the land. If a person with an evil heart touches it, however, their dark power would grow to unbeatable levels.An evil man by the name of Ganondorf Dragmire got a hold of it, and his evil wishes made darkness swarm the golden land. Seven wise men sealed him in his own dark world, thought to be forever. But a wizard by the name of Aganihm appeared and opened the portal to the Dark World, allowing Ganon's minions to come forth into Hyrule. Then, seeking greater power, he kidnapped 7 maidens, descendants of the 7 wise men, and imprisoned them in crystals scattered all over the Dark World, as well as the fair Princess Zelda of Hyrule Castle. It is up to Link to save the 7 maidens and obtain the triforce!But seriously, this is one superb game. It revolutionized gaming as we know it. A unique game, with original enemies and bosses. The thing everyone loved about the game was the fact that it was the first game to reveal the "Master Sword". This pleased the audience, because it had such an interesting background story. Finding 3 magic pendants would make getting the master sword not only a challenge, but also a pleasure to do. After that, You seek the triforce, and each dungeon saves a maiden who gives you a special crystal and some information. Im not getting too much into that, because I dont wanna give out any spoilers here.Several useful and unique items, such as the hookshot, were also used in the game. The hookshot, would pull you from platform to platform. There are also many optional secrets in the game. You can upgrade your mail, boomerang, and sheild. There is a cape that turnes you invisible, and two canes that have fire and ice abilities. The list of items is almost endless, thus proving the depth of this awesome game.For its time, It had some of the greatest graphics that could be produced. It had beutiful renders and sprites, not to mention its detailed backgrounds. The soudtrack was also at high quality, especially for the SNES. It isnt too hard, and it isnt to easy. I would say that this is the perfect

I fully agree. Stealing people's opinions on a game is wrong, and whoever does it should be hated,burned alive,manacled to a wall and fed to Orochi The 8-headed Japanese folklore dragon!




I read a lot of translated japanese folklore on wikipedia. It fascinates me.
