Bully

Instead of the traditional use of zombies is Resident Evil video games, Resident Evil 4 is on crazed villagers. Unlike the slow-witted, slow-moving dead, these adversaries are very intelligent, extremely agile, and not afraid to use weapons. They also like to attack in packs. Picture if you will a group of six murderous souls with beady red eyes glowing under the moonlight running at you with lit dynamite, ducking out of the way of your shots, and calling out for others nearby to lend a hand in your death. This is a new kind of scare that far surpasses the suspense and jump-out-of-your-seat shock moments that fueled the previous chapters in the series. As you’ll soon learn, there are few things scarier than a middle-aged housewife that sprints at you with a blood-soaked axe raised into the air, belting out a bloodcurdling scream.

Concept: An excellent new direction for survival horror.

Graphics: Amazingly amazing. Details are impressive, even for the littlelist things in the enviroment.

Sound: Great voice-acting. The music always goes with the flow on parts of the game.

Playability: Controls are so awesome. Makes all the battles with bosses and villagers ingenious.

Entertaiment: Hard to put down, always on the edge of your seat when playing. Even watching it is like watching a really entertaining movie.

Replay Value: Moderately High


Rating: 9.25 out of 10.

This game is the one of the top 10 games ever, in the video game world and my opinion. There are absolutely no flaws, and you'll never get boring. It's not slow-paced like most survival horrors, even if you're not a big fan of horrors, you must check Resident Evil 4 out. Just simply one of the best games...ever.

Absolutely no flaws? BS, lmao. I <3 The game, but I could easily name one right off the bat.

The combat system: Sure, it makes it a bit more challenging to not be able to move while aiming, but also unrealistic.

I ask you this: If you had a bunch of crazed villagers on your ass, would you stand still for every shot?

Meh. You should at least be able to walk.

Anyways, good review, even if this game is a bit out of date and overdone to review .

It's already gotten enough 10/10 reviews and all the credit any game would ever need, lol. .

Ah, this an old review that I did. At the time I was playing it, so I didn't think too much on how there is any flaws or not.

About the standing still thing, I agree. That's what I hated about it. Hell, the first time I played Resident Evil 4, I quit since you could only shoot while standing still. I'm pretty sure Capcom did that for accuracy reasons. Plus if there is an enemy behind you, you can stab his ass.

Heh; i'm not saying you need to change the rating, I just thought you were re-giving a game praise that already has plenty .

I'd give it about a 9/10 - 9.5/10, personally.

I almost got it for the Wii yesterday .
