If you passed Freshman Biology then you know the term "Carrying Capacity." It means the limit of organisms that an ecosystem can hold before they start dying. And guess what I'm applying it to? Africa! There are so many people living in poverty there, barely scraping an existence. Why? It's a DESERT. It has, therefore, a very low carrying capacity. There are too many people there for the amount of resources in the environment. Instead of sending food there, I have a better idea: Send condoms! If people there stopped having kids, there would be less mouths to feed. And considering that condoms would probably be cheaper than food, this could conceivably solve the problem instead of delaying it.
I'm sure I'm not the first to come up with this idea, but no person of political office in his or her right mind would suggest the idea.
Maybe the idea seems harsh, but a couple would save 18 years of food costs.

They tried the condoms idea.

Story:

Nurses went there to show them how to use condoms, so they used a broom as an example. To show how to wear it.

A few weeks later, many kids were still born.

Nurses found out that they used the condoms on the brooms instead.

Im not really sure if the CC is at fault in this particular situation 'cause I don't know a lot on the subject but I'll read on so maybe I can learn something? =)

Well sending them condoms wouldn't help that much, they will eventually balance out, I would just inform them of what is to come if they keep this rate up. If you think about it environmentally, we don't need another huge CO2 producer, we have enough global warming problems as it is.
