Please read this carefully. My father wrote this and I am happy share this you friends. You need some good knwledge of Physics, Chemistry, Universe, Evolution and Biology to understand this.

Just after after the origin of the universe matter evolved from energy. Energy and matter crafted together in many forms. They are interchangeable. Neither matter nor energy can be created or distroyed.

Energy in the universe is continually dissipated. Matter and energy are contnually getting disorganised and turning "chaotic"(second law of thermodaynamics). Exactly opposite to this phenomina matter is also getting organised with the help of various energies.

Quarks to Protons and Neutrons - Protons and Neutrons to Nucleus - Nucleus
and electrons to atoms - varuious atoms together into molecules - Molecules bonding into Macro Molecules - Macro Molecules "organised" into life cells(Prokaryotes) - Prokaryotes synthesis into Eukaryotes - Organisation of Eukaryotes into Multicellular organisms - organisation of the living beings into Ecosystems.

For every organization some force or working energy is spent(utilized). Matter tries to increase eventually as large as possible. But there is a restriction to its growth. The struggle between "the inherent property of matter to grow larger and larger and restriction upon its growth at every stage resulted into the formation of greater and greater organization. At all levels of organizatio of system there are certian forces, external or internal, which are detrimental to the system. As long as the forces responsible for the maintenance of the system are strong enough the system survives otherwise the system ends itself.

The human body is a system which is made up of cells which are made of subcellular components(which were once prokaryotes). For the perpetuation of our species we do the basic five life processes which are Nutrition, Excretion, Respiration, Reproduction and Perception.

So there are emotions in us and many life forms(why there are emotions will be explained later). For humans it is a special case that they have negative emotions. No other life forms have negative emotions(I will explain this peculiar case later, look here) except humans. Negative emotions mean these emotions cause bad effect on their own system. Ok I'm also really interested in atoms etc. But I don't understand what this has to do with someone having a problem.
