Affirmative Action:

Affirmative action refers to policies intended to promote access to education or employment aimed at a historically socio-politically non-dominant group (typically, minority men or women of all races). (Thanks Wikipedia)

It's giving priority to minorities when they apply for welfare, college, etc. For example, if we have a white male that had straight A's in high school, and a black female that had A's and B's, the black female would be selected because of the color of her skin and gender.

Basically, it is reverse discrimination.

Instead of hating on the black/hispanic/etc people, white people are being hated on. No matter how you look at it, you are taking preference over other races that aren't white.

Instead of selecting people for failing or succeeding by busting their butt or partying every night, you are selected by the color of your skin. Not white anymore, but non-white. Non-qualified minorities are taking away positions from qualified majorities simply because they are not white. It's wrong, and that's all there is to it.

In the 14th amendment to the Constitution, a clause called the Equal Protection was set in. As follows:

"nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws". Affirmative Action is in use today, although theoretically, it violates the 14th amendment.

I absolutely agree. Affirmative Action is not only an insult to Caucasian people, but also to people of African, Asian, Hispanic, Indian, and all other races. People of different ethnicities are often insulted by the implications of Affirmative Action - that is, that he or she didn't really earn his or her way into college, but he or she only was accepted because of his or her race.

Well depends on how you look at it. If it is a serious racism issue it will benefit you and really piss the racist people off. Although now-a-days it's not like anyone cares what your race is in a company. It's just babying any other race besides whites and treating whites unfairly. But any idiot can see how stupid this law is.

Just like it's wrong to treat blacks bad, it is wrong to treat whites bad.

But keep in mind that WE are the racists here. We have sold black people as slaves, we are the ones that look at them and talk, point and yells. Some people even beat people based on the colour of their skin.

I saw it just yesterday.

I was drunk, a guy hits me really hard, I don't know why. And My Girl yells at him, and he says "wtfux.. black nigga"

rest of the story:
I try to attack him, but my friends hold me back, and that's for the best because I rather spend the night at a party then at the hospital.


Anyways. Racism is not good, but it happens all the time.

Affirmative Action action is bad. But it isn't happening that much, but the opposite is happening all the time.

(A black and white guy applies for work, and the white guy gets it.)


Affirmative Action is nothing compared to what we do to them. We can discuss if it's good, based on that they will have some sorta revenge on us, but I am not for that idea.
The best thing is to have 100% just.

It's true that there were far more black slaves than whites..but then again, who sold the black people to the white people?

Tribes in Africa that conquered other tribes would trade the defeated tribe's members for weapons and equipment.

I', talking about the triangle trade, not some local gangsters. They can do what they want, everyone has been fighting the whole human story. And this is about racism.

We all know have been treated bad, and are being treated bad by whites. But it doesn't mean It's allowed with Affirmative Action.
