FF7 for PS3?

Has anyone else heard of the FF7 remake for PS3? Its bugging me on what the game plays gonna be like, cuz they better not make it just like FF7CC, I'll be so mad. Thoughts, opinions?

I doubt they will remake it, I can only see them doing that as their last stand to keep it alive.

Its not going to happen. Its just a rumor.

Bitey is right, but they also have not said anything like that, and they have only talked about the kingdom Hearts prequel trilogy, plus the FFXIII games, and a whole ton of different games, like Chrono Trigger for the DS and the 3rd Birthday.

and i would be very happy if it did happen
but as time goes on it only is less likely
they showed that demo a few years back didnt they?

Have you seen square-enix's line up?

Oh, and that demo, was just a tech demo, to show what they could do with the PS3's hardware. I don't think that thing even had gameplay; I think it was just a quick CGI.

okay, well thats good cuz I agree that it might be something to try and save but it'd just be goin to far, but the KH prequels are gonna happen.

People just get confused because they made a tech demo.

Really I read in a Hyper Magazine that FF7 Advent Children not to be released on Ps3....

Advent children is a movie, it is soon coming in a extended edition on Blu Ray, which will also include the FFXIII versus demo.

Probably in a year I bet.

In the Hyper magazine they said the game version of Advent Children was cancelled in the making...
