| I'm a Sad Panda :( | I think you should go wireless instead. But you need a router and I don't know if you have one. Also I'm not even sure if PS3 can do wireless O.o I don't even know why I am posting this... I don't know anything about PS3. I think you should hook up your XBL first

![]() ![]() | Well, if you want your comp to have internet at the same time as your PS3....You'll need 3 ethernet cables and a router. Plug one ECable from the modem to the router, one from the router to your comp, and one from the router to your PS3. After that you should be set to use your internet and PSN.

![]() ![]() | You can always bridge a connection from your laptop to your PS3......or if you have any PS3 besides the 20 gig you can just pick up the wireless signal with it.

![]() ![]() | Just plug the PS3 into your laptop's ethernet port (you may need a crossover ethernet cable; not sure, I've never tested it). Go to Network connections, highlight the wireless/mobile broadband connection and the ethernet connection and select "Bridge connection." Though if you have Wifi you should just have your PS3 use Wifi since it's built in (except on the 20gb model). You'd really only need to do this if you had a mobile broadband connection. For a desktop you need 2 ethernet connections, one to the modem and one to the PS3. It works the same way, just bridge them. But at that point you should probably get a router because I believe bridging will sever your connection. You can also use Windows to configure your PC as a "gateway." You can try both methods and see which works best, though a router is probably easiest (but your router is downstairs -_-). Even if you have a mobile broadband card, there are routers that support those.
