lol at the person saying just get a new pc to fix your internet.

look, contacting your ISP is always a good place to start, they will be able to guide you through a lot of things.

otherwise, just try reinstalling internet adapter drivers, and resetting the internet settings. see how it goes. you dont need a new pc thats for sure.
