| Custom User Title! | You have to call up whoever your ISP is and ask them to open them. But that probably isn't the problem. | ||

Level: -INF [ ]Life: NAN / -INF | Its very unlikely that your ISP is blocking those ports. The simplest way of identifying whether its software or hardware is to connect your pc right to your ISPs modem and try it. No go -> Software on your PC, Ready to go then firewall config. Try this and itll at least narrow down what your problem is

Level: -INF [ ]Life: NAN / -INF | Do you use a router? if so you have to open the ports on that. typically this can be done by opening your internet browser and typing the ip to your router. this is 192.168.1.1 depending on your router it will ask you for a user name and password typicaly your default user name and passwords are these. admin pass admin password admin admin administrator pass administrator password admin default administrator default then the routers admin panel should show up. click on a link leading you to port fowarding typically a game uses both tcp and udp so we should select that option. then we add your starting port and ending port. now you need to asign your ip. so goto run and type cmd. then run ipconfig /all. find your computers ip address and the last number for example 192.168.1.41 is my routers assigned ip. so it would ask you to put that it. now your router may be assigning your ip dynamic. in this case you will need to either set your router to reserve a ip for your computer or set up a static ip. this should work.
