As well as many other new updates to the duel area is this load of hogwash (only thing I could think of that wasn't offencive)

No more staking between two players for more than 3000gp and even then they can't stake again for 15 mins. WTF IS THIS THIS HAS TAKEN AWAY THE FUN OF HAVING A DUEL ARENA PURE.

This wont stop them... *mumble* stupid Jagex *mumble*
