Hey guys.

Just wanted to post about a problem going on around me, and I don't know if this is an issue for where you guys live, but ever since Gamestop took over EB Games, the stores keep on getting new management, and customer service is as low as I've ever seen.

I used to be able to make friends at the local EB Games, Rhino Video Games, or even Gamestop. But nowadays, it seems that the people that work there don't care at all about the customer, nor about the games themselves.

Meh. It just seems, in my opinion, that younger people should be working the floor at these kinds of stores, but it seems that Gamestop thinks that 30+ people, or people without any passion should.

I have basically worked at EB Games ever since it opened up near my house. I just loved doing it. I didn't get paid, but I worked the floor, I guided people to where they wanted to go, warned the noobish parents that wanted to buy their 6 year old Grand Theft Auto, and made friends with everyone that worked there. Hell, I even got discounts!

Gah. I just hate how everything has gone to the dogs when Gamestop took over.

Anyone else agree?

Meh. I guess it's because it fairly recently happened here; well, within the last year or so. xD.

God the management sucks. I run over to the store at 9:03, they had locked the door literally when I got there, and wouldn't let me in when I just wanted to trade a game in.

Man...supagay.

And I know it's normal for stores to do that; but I just mean that at EB, they would have opened it for me xD
