Do you find that after you have been using the nunchuck for a while (especially when pressing the C & Z buttons alot) that you finger really start to ache, i think its a design fault, it seems to be too small, iv never had it happen before.

Maybe you play too long. XD Try taking 10 minute breaks every hour or so. Also try to not grip it hard or anything like that. | |||||||||||

Maybe a little off-topic, but this reminds me of the epic failure of the original Mario Party. Numerous mini games made you spin the control stick around as fast as possible. To receive maximum effect i placed the control stick in the middle of my palm and spun it around like crazy. Now the N64 control stick was not exactly comfy so after a few hours of play i found myself with burning blisters for the next few days. In addition it completely ruined the control stick. But that is off-topic. Don't use the nun chuck much so i don't really know  | |||||||||||

ya that happened to me at my friends house (i was losing at boxing  lol) then my arm got all tired lik it was pretty crazy
