So how many people like the Resident Evil series and is anyone excited about Resident Evil 5 coming out in 2009 like its hopefully suppossed to come out?

I'm a R.E. fan and yes I'm looking forward to 5, finally Chris Redfield comes back to take the role as main character. I'm almost certain that he will fight Wesker in an all out duel to the death at the end.

Ya I think that Resident Evil 5 would most definatly worth the money and everything and I really hope that Wesker and Chris would fight it out to the death although I would rather it be both Chris and Jill because they both had to go through with what Wesker put against them and I think it would only be fair if the final showdown would involve Chris and Jill against Wesker. Has anyone played the Umbrella Chronicles because if you have played through and beat the Umbrella Chronicles it clearly shows that Wesker is the one that puts Umbrella out of business which sets up Resident Evil 4 during seperate ways which is when Wesker sends out Ada Wong to retrieve the Las Plagas sample from first Lewis Sera and then Sera dies and Saddler takes the sample and then Leon kills Saddler at the end and then Leon takes the Plaga sample and then Ada puts a gun to Leons head and takes back the Plaga sample and then takes the Plaga sample back to Wesker and what I am predicting unfortunatly is that Wesker is going to try and bring back the Umbrella Corporation since Umbrella is completely out of the picture right now and there is no one else but Wesker to do something about it and I know this was Weskers plan from the start which was to take out Umbrella Corporation and then restore it himself and I think he is going to restore it and use the plaga samples to get Umbrella back on their feet unfortunatly and I hated the plagas I much preferred the Zombies over the Plagas so us Resident Evil fans can only hope that when Umbrella is brought back by Wesker it will be Zombies again and not Plagas

Yes I have beaten R.E.U.C., good game. I highly doubt Jill would be in the final fight seeing as how she already got her own game.

Ya I was just thinking the same thing so ya I highly doubt that would happen but I don't know about the showdown between Chris and Wesker because if Wesker dies then I don't believe that there is an heir to take over Umbrella and I just can't see Chris being taken out and killed completely I don't know why it just seems like I don't think that that could happen though

Wesker will die and Resident Evil will end (other than side games).

5 is supposed to be the last.

When i was younger i was scared of resident evil, and the resident evil games aswell. Now they are just a good movie to watch. Not scary. They should try to make them scary again.

Where did you see that Resident Evil 5 will be the last I was thinking that they would probably continue on with the series will that's what I at least thought

Well, they finally give Chris back the main role, in R.E.U.C you see that Chris is being followed by Wesker and Chris is looking for Wesker likewise. It just seems kind of clear, Chris (the original) and Wesker (The one who started it all)......I see a fight in the future and I know good and well that Chris is not going to lose, there is no heir as you said, so therefor R.E's main story is coming to it's end. I'm sure there will be side games though.

Ya true but I was just making a guess and foreshadowing the whole heir thing and what you say does seem completely clear and true I just don't want to think of Resident Evil coming to a substancial end though because I think that Resident Evil is the greatest series but that's just my opinion though.

Well, sadly the main story is ending and it will be EPIC. Not Metal Gear Solid 4 EPIC, but still......EPIC.

I'm sure there will be amazing side story games for the fans.

So how do you think Resident Evil will end obviously the fight between Wesker and Chris but how do you think the battle will go?
