Has anyone read this as a child?
Is anyone reading the books right now?

I haven't gotten into the series, until I saw the book on my bookshelf randomly. It turns out that my older sister read it as a child and so we had the first book (The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe) all along.

I finished reading the first one today. Pretty nice.
What do you all think?

Yea, C.S. Lewis was a passionate Christian so it's no wonder where his inspirations came from. Aslan (the Lion) is a pretty cool character there. I like Lions, so I guess I'm a bit bias. Haha. The movie adaptations aren't that bad, I thought. They're pretty cool, but that might be because I haven't read the rest of the series.

I've read up to the Prince Caspian book, I'd say that my favourite one is definitely the Lion witch and Wardrobe

I'm sure the book for Prince Caspian was better than the movie itself, since so many people complained about the deviations. I still enjoyed the movie though.
