My computer is **** thats why, I can remember when i tried to use Ubuntu it wouldn't install, So Emarian told me to get the alternate one with the Text Installer :S. How could i of forgot >.<. Every time i try to install Xubuntu It just freezes :S. God damn me what a god damn waste of my time  , And I'm not gonna waste my time downloading the alternate cos my Download speeds are too slow.

Hmm, I just installed Ubuntu, But want Xubuntu :s, Only if you replied faster  .Ok, I'm gonna install Xubuntu, But before i do what does irqpoll do?

Ok Thanks , Btw, When you tried to install it without that command, Did you computer load Xubuntu then after a while just freeze?Btw i just saw in your other post is it irqpoll or irqpoll noprobe=ata4

The load bar would freeze and goto a black screen with a repeating error. I used irqpoll to install it Then once it was installed I had to edit my GRUB and put irqpoll noprobe=ata4 in it so that it would boot properly. You may have a different problem all together. Tell me EXACTLY what happens and I may be able to help you out. | |||||||||||
