| Less fun than drowning ![]() | Nice. As soon as my ankle has healed and i can put weight on it me and a mate are joining the gym. I'm only inteested in upper body strength. I think it would look funny to have huge arms and everything else skinny, so i'm going for that look.

Rep Power: 12 | Well, being a girl I don't go for the whole 'MUSCLES **** YEAH' kinda attitude but I work out quite a lot. I do a lot of cardio instead. Run - 5km Row - 1km Ski - 5km Bike - 10km and that's basically it. No weights or anything. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

If you do too much cardio without weight training you'll be all soft and flabby. Because when you do cardio you actually burn a lot of muscle as energy. If you lift weights before, muscle loss is minimal. Just saying... | |||

The point is though, ti's not about how much you weigh altogether, if you're 400 pounds but it's all fat, it doesn't make one **** of a difference. | WTF are you on about? (Senior) | Lol, I never go to the gym. I just sit at my computer like all day, go to school, so I get little exercise. I really should exercise more though. Age: 14 Weight: 106lbs Height: 5'1 Press ups: 15 per day Other Exercise: P.E lesson on Friday, little bits of exercise at breaks and dinnertimes at school.
