ok i always see the cool videos online and the only thing i have done or ever done is put a camera in front of a tv and it looks like crap so what i need a program or something that lets me record right from the tv dose any one know what or i mean or know what i want?

What Zen said, just get a capture card of some sort of TV tuner card. Basically, it allows you to capture footage from you're gaming device to your computer. I have one for my slow laptop but I've been looking for one for the Mac.

Thats a good way to get footage for your game but I might be reading your question wrong but do you want to like make a music video for the games or? I never recorded anything from my tv, but if your looking for a computer recording software, there is always FRAPS

Some computer monitors allow for input of a console. Thus acting like a TV screen. A select few of LG monitors (and a few computers) let you plug in those 3 colored wires. Then just run fraps in the background, and voila, record a console game-play, the professional way... There's probably another way to do it, but I found this way easier :/ | |||||||||||

well i can always make the halo videos because they automatically up load to bungie so i think ill just stick with that lol.
