hi i need help i beat the pokemon gym in oreburgh city and im in eterna city right now and i have a kadabra level 16 and it won't obey me. mail me bck if you know how to make it obey me.

well it cant obey you until you have the correct badges, think of it as a liscence to control pokemon.

oreburgh city gym was rock type wasnt it? if you had a chimchar starter fighting attacks should own it, if you started with turtwig just pwn them with grass attacks, and water attacks should take care of them if you started with piplup.

the AI is quite terrible, so aslong as it obeys you, you should have little problem

oh yeah and also, the gym leader in eterna city has a pokemon up to level 22, and my kadabra is only level 16, but i have other pokemon would i be able to train them past level 16 and they still obey me??

pokemon you got in trade can decided what they wanna do, until you have gym badges to control them (you can control them... but only until they go up to a certain level, when you win a gym badge you will see something like "now all pokemon below level 20 will obey you" ... pokemon you have raised and caught yourself are differant.

Okay that helps a lot I tradd my Machop for an Abra named Kazza and that might be why it doesn't obey me.
