When I was a child, I thought Wolfenstein 3D was so scary.
Because, well Nazie, Hitler, Blood everywhre and it seems like
you will never escape from that Wolf Prison.
I guess People are the scariest enemy for FPS game,
because people exist in the real life.
How if you meet those people in the game when you go to your office?

Monsters, Zombies, Ghosts, Vampires, they are all fake for me
So I was not really scared when I was playing Doom3, FEAR, or Biohazard 4, Vampire The Masquarade Bloodlines etc

Clive Barker's Undiyng was a bit scary...
Jericho was more like fun... . but if you are scared by some blood...
F.E.A.R. was scary too. It had some "terrifiyng" scenes.

Either Resident Evil (ESPECIALLY Nemesis. O.o) or FEAR, I'd say.
But I'm not that much of a Gamer, so I'm not really the best to ask.

although halo itself isnt scary, first time i played "the flood" level in halo combat evolved... when your underground.... that is quite a strangly scary experiance lol.
