so you cant say the xbox has better games, because people buy the best games, and it looks like more people bought better games on the ps2

and a lot of these games are aimed for hardcore gammers, which means a lot of hardcore gamers bought the ps2, not young kids

and the console doesn't decide what cheats you can use, the developers of the game do, so if there was cheats on a ps2 version of the game, an xbox game would have the same cheats, and the ps2 exclusive games dont really have a lot of cheats, some do...but not all of them

Most PS2 games have so many cheats, it's not even funny; I have like one xbox game that has cheats on it, and that's GTASA. VERY FEW, I repeat, VERY FEW Xbox games have cheats. And those hardware opinions were quotes from popular websites, NOT my opinion. And if you change that list of games to 3million, then they're alot closer to each other. Sure, more people had the PS2. But this argument isn't about which games were better or which one had more games, it's about which console was better.

We are arguing about which console was better, not which one used the games to win the console war. (The new 360's have more games than the new PS3's anyways. ) But as for Xbox, we are arguing about software, BIOS, graphical capabilities. NOT GAMES. The 360 has more games than the PS3, thanks.

The ONLY thing that the PS2 has is it's games, which is why you won't let go. Xbox has better hardware, a better constructed BIOS, has basic features that the PS2 doesn't..(Store music on hard drive, saves without memory card) and the PS2 has lost except for it's games. In that one genre, it has beaten the Xbox, and if there were more Xbox users back then, and not so much hype about the PS2, then there would be more users to buy Xbox games. However, 360 is completely owning the PS3 in games AND GFX, so we don't need to worry about the future.

I was simply pointing out that the 360 is beating the PS3 in every aspect, even ones I don't care about (Like generic lists of games.), and you don't know how stupid you sound when you don't even listen. Let me put it in noob:

Although the PS3 has better hardware, it does not utilize it's hardware AND SOFTWARE, key point, software, to the full extent like the 360. Not to mention that the 360 beats the PS3 in YOUR core argument, games, AND MY core argument, GFX and performance. Owned.

I'd choose Xbox because most games are unique, (KOTOR, Halo, Kingdom Under Fire, etc.), whereas the PS2 has worse graphics, AND horribly generic games (GTA, True Crime, Gran Turismo, etc).
