I'm getting kind of tired of people going on about Sega, Magnavox, Intellivision, etc...

They are old systems, great in their day...but can we stop acting like they are the best now? Lol.

I mean, we can play these kind of games on emulators...even on our own new consoles xD.

So do I appreciate Sega? Yes. Do I appreciate older systems? Yes. They made a great advancement in home video gaming.

Do I want to act like I am a patron and act like they are a lost art of gaming? No.

Sega was alright, personally I couldn't stand the cartridges, the design was so dumb it wasn't even funny. You couldn't save or do really anything. The controller was pretty bad and blah. I am not a fan of most classic systems. Sure they were good then like Gamma said, but what the **** ever. Lets see do I want to play Resident Evil 4 on the good system or old crap Resident Evil on a classic system. Do I want great graphics and game play or not?

Aw, now don't bring RE4 into the debate, because I could murder everyone at Capcom for that BS over the shoulder can't shoot a zombie for shyte view.

And yeah, you can get these games on emulators, but it just isn't as nice.
I'm no patron, I'm 18 years old, haha. I'd say I'm relatively young. But it still remains. I mean...doesn't anyone get the urge to play on an actual atari?

Of course; like I said, I whip out my old NES from time to time. Sadly; I like for it to A) Work all of the time , and B) also be able to play other system's games without hassle.

OMFG i agree with you, I always got far in this game called Bart Simpson (collect spray cans etc etc), And on the last level i would always fail and had to start the whole game again!, But i had rock'n'roll racing which had passwords so you could always resume your level, cars etc etc.

I've gotta admit that though sega was fun to play, It's now a piece of rubbish
