Turbografx games to hit Aussie Wii Virtual Console in July | | When Nintendo launched the Australian version of the Wii's Virtual Console last year, there was one significant gap in its line-up: Turbografx games. Nintendo has now moved to plug that hole, with the confirmation today that Turbografx games will be available for Aussie purchase from July 6, 2007.
In a press release, Nintendo confirmed that Turbografx titles will set Aussies back 600 Wii points, and that games such as Bonk's Adventure and Bomberman 93 will definitely be available on the Wii Shop Channel from July 6. No other titles were officially confirmed, and Nintendo Australia had not returned GameSpot AU's calls for confirmation as of publication time.
More than 75 titles are now available from the Australian Wii Shop Channel.
